Course Overview
This two-day course demonstrates the administrative functions associated with the IT Business Analytics (ITBA) version 10.0 application. This course is 50% lecture and 50% hands-on labs.
This course is designed for administrators responsible for providing, maintaining, and troubleshooting ITBA as a strategy enabler for their management. The course focuses on learning product terminology and tasks required to use, create, troubleshoot ITBA and enable executives of an organization to continuously improve their business by measuring what happened and what is happening, analyzing that information, and planning new strategies using the gathered information.
The hands-on labs use version 10.0 of the software.
