Course Overview

This two-day course demonstrates how to use the IT Business Analytics application. This course is 50% lecture and 50% hands-on labs.

This course is designed for end users learning the IT Business Analytics application, including administrators and managers responsible for creating business strategies for executives. The course focuses on product terminology and the tasks required to use, create, and enable an organization to continuously improve its business by measuring what happened and what is happening, analyzing that information, and planning new strategies using the gathered information. The hands-on labs use version 10.0 of the software.

  • Implementers: Consultants, system architects, integrators, and planners who help executives use the IT Business Analytics application

Prerequisites
