Course Overview

OpenText AI Operations Management (formerly known as OPSB Suite) provides a Stakeholder Dashboard and Flex Reporting that visualize data collected from OpenText solutions and third-party products.

This course teaches about the representation of the collected data through a Dashboarding and Reporting solution to be used by a range of IT professionals and management in an organization.

This two-day entry-level instructor-led training course covers the methodology for designing the Dashboards and Reports, working with collected data efficiently, and provides a guided hands-on experience for each student in their environment.

You will learn how to get started with Stakeholder Dashboard and create Stakeholder Dashboards using Visio stencils to visualize information from different sources. You will also learn how to configure and use Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) OPTIC DL reports, create custom reports and dashboards, schedule report creation, and create custom data queries with visual tools.

  • Import Visio stencil into MS Visio.
