Conflicts invariably arise within any context where individuals coexist or collaborate, exhibiting a striking predictability and consistent certainty. These conflicts consume valuable time, energy, and eventually financial resources. Therefore, the desire to avoid them is just as futile as the attempt to accept them unresolved as a necessary evil. It is more important to master the right strategies for resolving and managing conflicts and to make use of the productive side of conflicts.

In this training, you will first be sensitized to your own communication habits when talking to those around you. Strengths will be continuously developed. You will be able to recognize conflict situations at an early stage and resolve them with lasting commitment. You will test and train highly effective tools to better understand your counterpart and at the same time to lead the conversation authentically and professionally even in the case of conflict.
