Course Overview

Sie kennen sich in der IT-Welt gut aus und steigen jetzt in die IT-Security Welt von Check Point ein. In diesem Kurs wird Ihnen die grundlegende Arbeitsweise der Check Point Firewall beigebracht. Gemeinsam installieren wir ein Gateway und legen die ersten Regeln an.

Firewall-, Netzwerk- und Systemadministratoren, die mit Check Point beginnen zu arbeiten.

Prerequisites

  • Gute Kenntnisse des Betriebssystems Windows bzw. Linux.
  • Sehr gute Netzwerkkenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit VMware-Workstation.

Course Content

  • Was ist eine Firewall?
  • Grundlegende Arbeitsweise und Zusammenspiel der Basiskomponenten, Produktkomponenten und Kombinationsmöglichkeiten der Module OPSEC Architektur, Integration, Produkte usw.
  • Installation der Software (SmartCenter R82, Gateway R82)
  • Die Smart Console und weiteres Werkzeug
  • Erstellen eines einfachen Regelwerkes.
