From Cisco’s Trusted Partner

New Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Curriculum

Fast Lane is pleased to immediately offer the CCNP Curriculum announced on January 25, 2010 at Cisco Live in Barcelona.

The new CCNP certification program now incorporates self-paced e-learning modules augmenting a revised curriculum which focuses more on job tasks such planning and troubleshooting.

Three new cohesive five-day courses were announced: !Implementing Cisco IP Routing v2.0 (ROUTE), !Implementing Cisco IP Switched Networks v2.0 (SWITCH) and !Troubleshooting and Maintaining Cisco IP Networks v2.0 (TSHOOT). Additionally, the new e-learning modules extend classroom materials with enhanced content that can be accessed by class participants at any time.

CCNP certification is a highly sought-after validation of an individual’s professional level technical skills and familiarity with Cisco network systems. With a CCNP certification, a network professional demonstrates the knowledge and skills required to manage the routers and switches that form the enterprise network core. CCNP certification adds value for the IT professional, especially in tough economic times, and can facilitate pay increases, job opportunities, and career advancement.

As a valued Cisco training partner, Fast Lane’s CCNP course offerings will utilize authorized Cisco training materials, so students can be assured that the curriculum is current and aligned with the latest Cisco exams, products, services and technologies.
