Fast Lane Group expands in the USA
CTTP Holding acquires Directions Training
Delaware / Chicago, November 2021 - CTTP Holding has acquired Directions Training Center Inc. headquartered in Chicago. Directions is one of the leading training organizations for Microsoft and other cloud providers in the USA. With the acquisition, CTTP Holding has expanded its training presence in the US market. CTTP Holding also owns Fast Lane Consulting and Education Services Inc. and Fast Lane Canada LTD, customers will immediately benefit from a significantly expanded service portfolio in the areas of IT and soft skills.
As an experienced training provider, Directions Training has been established in the US market for over 30 years and supports organizations and government entities with custom training solutions for Microsoft, AWS and other vendors. Fast Lane and Directions Training will operate in parallel in the US, with both companies leveraging the services of each company for their direct customers. Directions Training founder Jennifer Didier continues to lead the Directions business as COO.
The acquisition of Directions Training is a key strategic step for our growth in the US, CTTP Holdings most important market. We are successfully expanding our broad service portfolio in the US and significantly increasing our market share, especially in the cloud provider segment.
