Hamburg/Berlin, 27 Mai 2013 – The Cisco Advanced Services training courses are part of the program offered by Fast Lane, a Cisco Specialized Learning Partner. These training courses focus in particular on the use and integration of Cisco Advanced technologies in complex environments. The training includes many practice-oriented, hands-on lab exercises focusing on network connections, device configuration and troubleshooting.

Cisco CRS-1 Carrier Routing System Essentials (CRS1E)

This five-day course provides comprehensive information about the Cisco Carrier Routing System (CRS) platform and its features and functions. By working with relevant issues and carrying out lab exercises, participants are able to extend their theoretical knowledge and apply it in practice. This training course is aimed at large enterprises, financial enterprises, service providers and implementation managers.

!Cisco CRS-3 Carrier Routing System Essentials (CRS3E)

This five-day training course, featuring extensive lab exercises, introduces the Cisco CRS-3 Carrier Routing System, including its features and functions. It combines all the theoretical and practical knowledge required for implementing the solution in the participants’ own networks. The course is particularly suitable for network professionals entrusted with the operation and maintenance of such solutions.

!Implementing and Maintaining Cisco Technologies Using IOS XR (IMTXR)

This course is designed in particular for system engineers, technical support staff, channel partners and resellers, with a focus on the use of the Cisco CRS or the ASR 9000 Series Aggregation Services routers in network environments.

!Deploy, Maintain, and Troubleshoot Cisco IOS XR (DMTXR)

This advanced five-day course focuses on the maintenance and troubleshooting of Cisco IOS XR software in typical network environments In addition, the course provides an overview of the required hardware and its corresponding architecture.

Cisco Aggregation Services Router 9000 Series Essentials (ASR9KE)

This five-day course focuses on the Cisco ASR 9000 Series and the main features and benefits of the Cisco IOS XR software operating system. Topics include security functions and installation and configuration processes associated with the operation of such solutions. In addition, the instructor also provides information about basic troubleshooting with regard to the hardware platform and software problems.

FLEX Classroom Training (hybrid course):   Course participation either on-site in the classroom or online from the workplace or from home.

This course addresses the major features, functions, particularities and connectivity options of the Cisco ASR 1000 Series of routers in enterprise and service provider environments. It also includes detailed platform-specific information about the use of appropriate hardware and on release 2 of the Cisco IOS XE software. The training course also covers issues such as high availability, security, QoS, in-service software upgrades (ISSU) and multicast services.
