Who should attend
This is a technical training course for network and voice administrators whose role is to manage the data network and provide traditional telephony quality of service. It is also suited to those who need to deploy EMC Smarts VoIP Performance Manager and Performance Reporter and maintain service level agreements.
Prerequisites
To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have a basic understanding of IP telephony and be familiar with the base functionality provided by Cisco Unified Call Manager.
