Ionix Unified Infrastructure Manager Management and Reporting (MR-1CN-AIUIM2MR)

This course is intended for those with who have a Cisco UCS, MDS SAN, and CLARiiON Vblock 1 background and are responsible for the administration, management and troubleshooting of UIM 2.0.

To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have a suitable knowledgebase/skill set. The student must have an understanding of Vblock architecture, Cisco UCS architecture and management, and SAN and LAN management concepts. A list of specific prerequisite courses can be found in EMC Education Services Learning Management System.

Upon successful completion of this course, participants should be able to:

• Explain Theory of Operation and logical and physical components that comprise a Vblock 1 Infrastructure with UIM 2.0

This management course is for Unified Infrastructure Manager (UIM) 2.0. This course includes an overview, theory of operation, functional components, and administration of the Provisioning Center and Configuration Center for UIM 2.0. This course also includes troubleshooting, use of APIs, and the Dashboard for UIM 2.0.
