Infra - Workflow Administration (INFWA)

This one day course is suitable for anyone who needs to learn how to administer the Workflow Management side of Infra.

To understand the content and successfully complete this course, a student must have a suitable knowledge base/skill set. The student must have a good understanding of Infra Workflow functionality to successfully complete this course.

Infra Workflow Management is a Change Management tool for managing and controlling changes within your organization. In this one day course, you will learn how to administer the Workflow Management side of Infra.

• Configure global Workflow Management settings
• Create workflow groups
• Create officers
• Create, assign and update security role permissions for officers
• Define key fields for Workflow
• Edit email templates in Infra
